MEXICO. Mexico City. 25 Pesos. 1972. - Value: 25 Pesos. - Year: 1972. - Inscriptions: Obverse: JOSE MA MORELOS · 0.720 · Mo · 1972. Reverse: ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS · national shield with eagle and serpent. - Grading: MS62 (NGC). Silver coin with a right-facing portrait of José María Morelos, a key figure in Mexican independence, depicted in a realistic and sober style, highlighting well-defined features and a serene expression. The reverse presents the national coat of arms of Mexico with the eagle devouring a serpent on a nopal, rendered in a classical and balanced execution. The specimen shows a high degree of preservation, with sharp relief and fields with a satin-bright luster, though with slight contact marks visible typical of its grade, overall maintaining an attractive appearance representative of this modern silver issue.
