Elegant lying cat rendered in a characterful Art Deco style, inspired by the French animal sculptures of the 1920s–1930s. The sculpture shows a stylized, boldly shaped cat with clean lines and a beautiful green patina. The flowing forms and geometric detailing are typical of the Art Deco aesthetic. The whole rests on a heavy, polished marble plinth that gives the sculpture a luxurious and timeless appearance. On the side, a round signature medallion.
