The vertical composition places in the center a figure folded upon itself in a contemplative and meditative attitude, whose contours are defined by dark, firm strokes that structure the anatomy into geometric facets full of color. A bold color play stands out in the face and body where cool tones of cobalt blue and turquoise are juxtaposed with vivid warm shades of red, orange, and golden ochre, while the abstract background, worked in subtle vertical gradients of olive green, beige and neutral accents, envelops the figure in an ethereal space that accentuates its aura of introspection, spirituality and stillness.
