Mirror- Antique French Louis XVI-style 1880 mirror with strikkui - Glass, Wood

An extremely elegant and refined oval wall mirror, richly decorated in the classic French Louis XVI style. The mirror features a characteristic and finely detailed strikkuif (ribbon bow crest) at the top, with ribbons subtly tapering toward the sides. Length: 52 cm Width: 34 cm Without frame: 45x30 cm Condition: In good vintage/antique condition. The frame shows light, age-appropriate signs of use and a atmospheric patina on the gilding, which adds to its character. Glass shows small scratches. (Difficult to see). Carefully packaged and sent by registered mail.
