Modernist, European and American. Beautiful women's sterling and turquoise bracelet in modsernisdt pattern. Twin bands of silver meet at terminals and widens to a flourish of scrolls. Large southwestern turquoise cabochon in deep brown and turquoise. A beautiful piece of jewelry! 2-1/44" W but easily adjustable. Raymond Gurdal was a renowned master gold and silversmith who formally trained for seven years at the Maredsous School of Crafts and Arts in Belgium. After creating architectural sculptures in Europe, he immigrated to New York, where he became a prominent silversmith for Tiffany & Co., producing custom works for elite clientele, including General Motors executives. He later relocated to California, where he became well-known for his mastery of Western silver and copper work. Item # 205592
