Splendid vintage monocular laboratory biological microscope, dating from around 1960, born from the collaboration between two historic Italian excellence in optics and scientific instrumentation: Officine Galileo and Sbisà. The instrument features a solid structure with a horseshoe-shaped iron base painted cream. It is equipped with an object stage with a micrometric mechanical slide for micrometric movement of the slide and with an illumination system integrated at the base.
