Montblanc - Bohème Rouge Gold Line - Fountain pen

In this listing we present an authentic Montblanc product masterpiece, renowned for its compact design and timeless elegance: the Montblanc Bohème Rouge Gold Line Fountain Pen (model with a fixed nib). This model stands out for its unmistakable silhouette, crafted in deep black precious resin, artfully contrasted with bright yellow-gold plated finishes. What makes this line unique and instantly recognizable is the cap clip, enriched with a sparkling red rubies-colored synthetic stone. On the top of the cap sits the iconic white star emblem, a symbol of artisanal excellence. Distinctive note: On the side of the cap there is an elegant personalized cursive engraving with the initials "F A", a detail that gives the instrument a unique and historic character. The heart of this writing instrument is the magnificent two-tone nib in solid 14-karat gold (Au585), hand-made. The nib is finely decorated with intricate arabesque motifs and bears the iconic engraving "4810". This specimen features a fixed nib, which gives the pen a clean, classic line, ensuring an immediate and balanced writing experience. The feed is cartridge-only, designed to guarantee maximum practicality and cleanliness in any situation. The condition of the item is to be considered generally good, structurally intact and fully functional, while honestly describing the following aesthetic defects due to age and use. The black resin shows several scratches and superficial wear marks. The most significant issues are on the gold-plated metal finishes: the ring located at the base of the writing unit (directly beneath the nib) shows marked corrosion. The large central cap rings and the clip ring bearing the serial number also show scratches and light gold wear. The solid gold nib itself remains intact and ready for use.
