We present at auction an timeless icon of writing: the Montblanc Meisterstück Classique ballpoint pen, in its most traditional and elegant configuration with gold finishes. The body and cap of this famous instrument are made of fine glossy black resin, creating a classic and sophisticated contrast with the bright gold-plated details, including the lower cone, the iconic clip, and the three decorative rings. On the central band the collection’s Meisterstück identification inscription is finely engraved, while the cap’s top is crowned by the unmistakable emblem of the white star, symbol of artisanal excellence. The images showing the pen disassembled confirm the perfect structural integrity of the threads, the proper operation of the twist mechanism, and the presence of an original refill inserted inside the body. The present specimen is in excellent overall condition. The precious resin and the gold finishes maintain a beautiful overall luster, testimony to the care with which the object has been preserved over time.
