The precious burgundy resin retains a deep, uniform shine, with no cracks, breaks, or repairs. Only micro-surface signs of use are visible, detectable only upon close inspection and consistent with careful use, which do not affect at all the aesthetics or function. The gold-plated metal elements — clip and rings — are in very good condition, with original shine and no loss of plating, showing only light handling marks normal for a vintage item. The Montblanc emblem on the top of the cap is complete, well centered, and without missing parts. The engraving on the central band “Montblanc – Meisterstück” remains sharp and perfectly legible. The rollerball system functions correctly, with a secure cap closure and smooth writing (refill included subject to availability).
