Montblanc - Patron of Art Homage to Moctezuma I 4810 - Pen

The Montblanc Patron of Art Homage to Moctezuma I Limited Edition 4810 is a distinctive writing instrument inspired by the rich culture and artistic heritage of the Aztec Empire. Its striking design draws inspiration from the atlatl, the traditional Aztec spear-throwing device. The red lacquered barrel contrasts with the turquoise-coloured cap, decorated with intricate patterns beneath a translucent lacquer finish. Gold-coated fittings complete the elaborate appearance. The handcrafted 18K solid gold nib features an intricate engraving inspired by Aztec iconography, depicting a three-branched cactus crowned with a royal diadem and accompanied by two scrolls. The decorative details reflect the historical theme of this special edition. This example is numbered 2104 / 4810 and fitted with an EF (Extra Fine) 18K gold nib.
