Montblanc - Writers Edition Montblanc – Daniel Defoe - Fountain pen

Montblanc Pen Daniel Defoe Writers Edition Pays tribute to Daniel Defoe, English writer, pamphleteer, and journalist best known for being the author of "Robinson Crusoe" (1719), the tale of a castaway on an island. Defoe is considered one of the fathers of the English novel. For its part, "Robinson Crusoe" marked the beginning of realist fiction as a literary genre. The form recalls the oar with which Crusoe tried to escape from the abandoned island. The motif evokes the grain of wood and the details are inspired by the original cover of the book "Robinson Crusoe". The clip is a pen, in reference to Crusoe's faithful companion, his parrot.
