Moroccan Mrirt Berber Rug – Hand-Knotted Wool – Pink...

Unique Moroccan Mrirt rug, entirely hand-knotted by skilled artisans in the Middle Atlas region of Morocco. This contemporary piece features a striking pink central field surrounded by a deep navy blue geometric border. The repeated square motifs create a bold architectural composition, combining traditional Moroccan craftsmanship with a distinctly modern design. Its generous, almost square 220 × 210 cm format makes it particularly attractive for a living room, bedroom, reading area or contemporary interior. Mrirt rugs are considered among the finest Moroccan Berber rugs, renowned for their dense hand-knotting, thick pile and high-quality wool. Made from 100% natural sheep wool, this rug has been carefully washed after weaving to obtain a clean, exceptionally soft and luxurious finish.
