Wonderful pair of photographic lamps with top-of-the-line components: two tripods, a camera. The vintage Zenit TTL reflex camera (originally produced in the Soviet era) has been emptied and handcraftedly modified to become a design lamp. Inside the lens housing (M42 screw mount) and the body, where the mirror and shutter were removed, a standard electric lamp holder has been installed. This kind of DIY or upcycling project is very popular among enthusiasts of industrial décor, vintage and photography, as it allows giving new life to non-functioning camera bodies by transforming them into table or desk lamps.. • The vintage Imperial tripod produced by the brand Imperial (historically known for producing photography accessories and cinema screens, often tied to historic brands like the Schultz Mfg. Co. of Jersey City). This model, probably dating back to the mid-20th century (roughly the 1950s or 1960s), is characterized by: • A swiveling and tilting ball head with a bright chrome finish, visible in the foreground with the brand engraving "IMPERIAL" • Telescopic extendable legs, made with a combination of chromed metal sections and black knurled or coated posts for a better grip. • Old-style knobs and locking screws to adjust the height and tilt of the camera or camcorder The other tripod bears the inscription 中国 (China) and just below, 上海照相机二 Г (Second Shanghai Camera Factory), the historic Chinese state-owned company known for producing the famous vintage Seagull (Haiyan/Haiou) cameras. This is a sturdy vintage metal tripod (presumably dating from the 1960s/70s) equipped with a neck joint adjustable via a geared screw, ideal for supporting vintage cameras or small telescopes produced by the same factory. The flash, refurbished with LED lighting technology, is also vintage Blaupunkt. The detail... .uryuru" famous circular golden crest with raised lettering paired with the distinctive blue dot ("blau punkt" in German), positioned above what appears to be the indicator light or power button of a classic electronic device (such as a car radio or home receiver from the 1950s or 1960s). Originally founded in Berlin in 1923 under the name Ideal, the company became famous because technicians stamped headphones that passed quality controls with a blue badge. This mark became so iconic that customers began asking for devices with the "blue dot,” leading the company to officially change its name to Blaupunkt. This object is a Blaupunkt vintage beacon dating from the mid-20th century (roughly the 1950s or 1960s), originally designed as a photographic flash or rechargeable spotlight of the famous Ultrablitz series. And Today these iconic industrial-design devices, characterized by the classic black-orange peel finish, are often collected or cleverly converted into tabletop or desk lamps by mounting them on compact tripods (as can be seen in all the posted photos). The flash has a small crack in the front transparent pane; otherwise the more than 20 posted photos testify to it. The tripod with flash mounted has a minimum height of 50 cm with an opening of 21 x 21; the flash alone measures 22 x 16 x 13. In maximum extension it reaches 110. Tripod with Zenith min 38 x 23 x 23 in max extension 100 cm
