Murano - Bottle vase - Glass

Vintage Murano Vase / Carafe – Sfumato/Sommerso style, 1960s–1970s Description A spectacular decorative Murano glass carafe or vase, handmade in the classic techniques of Italian glassmaking. The piece stands out with an extraordinary sculptural form featuring an elegant handle and long neck, where the sommerso technique and vivid ruby-red tones come to the fore, transitioning at the bottom into warm amber tones and bluish reflections. The original manufacturer label (Murano Glass – Made in Italy) is preserved on the body of the vessel. Manufacturer: Murano Glass (Italy) Era: 1960s – 1970s Condition: The vase is generally in good condition and retains its original label. It has a small, subtle chip on the side, which is practically unobtrusive and does not affect the beauty or optical impact of the exhibited piece.
