This exceptional raw crystal of a Padparadscha sapphire already in an untreated state shows the rare and valued blend of colors—rose, salmon, and a delicate violet shimmer—that makes this gemstone so sought after worldwide. Under strong light the stone seems to glow: luminous pink to rose zones spread from the interior, giving it an impressive depth reminiscent of glowing mineral veins deep in the earth. The crystal form is still clearly recognizable, with matte, natural growth facets that authentically preserve its formation in the soil. When rotating the piece, the finest color gradients, tiny inclusions, and mineral structures reveal themselves—making this rough stone a characterful single piece, as one rarely finds. Padparadscha sapphires are among the most valuable representatives of the corundum family, and rough crystals in this size and color quality are especially sought after, both by collectors and by lovers of exceptional gemstones. This piece fuses the natural authenticity of an uncut mineral with the intense, almost magical color of a true gemstone and looks like a quiet heart of light and embers. Weight: 29.45 ct Size: 14x12x11 mm Origin: Sri Lanka Treatment: Untreated/ Unheated Our shipping costs are checked and approved by Catawiki. In some of the photos the stone has been backlit to show you the color of the stone. In some stones we have held a light under the stone to better display the color of the pieces. And it may lead to color deviations, etc., as every computer, monitor, and mobile phone may display color qualities differently!
