Block of four of the scarce plate flaws 149 P and 149 P1. Both plate flaws are mint (postfris). The block has a glue residue on the top two stamps (these are not the plate flaws). The plate flaw 149 P has a broken O in POSTZEGEL and the left frame line is broken (stamp 195). The plate flaw 149 P1 has a broken second E in NEDERLAND (stamp 196).
