Signs of excessive circulation demonstrated by large tears and margin issues may be observed alongside extant signatures attributable to Cashier William A. Kissam and President Andrew V. Stout. This institution ultimately became the National Shoe and Leather Bank of the City of New York (Charter# 917) in 1865. Estimate: $100 - $200. Provenance: From the Caine Collection.
