ARTIS Art Gallery: The renewal of artistic authenticity In a world where art has too often become a mass-market product, where names overshadow talent and industrial production replaces the human hand, ARTIS Art Gallery is committed to selling only works that meet absolute standards of excellence. Our mission is simple yet radical: to restore the nobility to the act of genuine creation. Our commitment: real art, with brave and, above all, hardworking artists. We travel across Asia in search of true talents, artists whose work cannot be reduced to a commercial strategy. For us, a work of art is not a standardized commodity. At ARTIS Art Gallery, every piece we offer meets strict criteria: 100% Handmade: Each work results from meticulous artisanal labor, where the artist’s hand is the sole driving force of creation. Uniqueness guaranteed: We reject industrial reproduction, outsourcing, and factory production systems. What you acquire is a single, unique artwork, designed and created by the artist themselves. The signature as commitment: each work is personally signed by its creator. This signature is not merely a formality; it is the seal of authenticity and proof that the artist fully owns the work from the initial sketch to the finish. We refuse signatures on prints (printed signatures); only hand-signed signatures by the artist are accepted, otherwise we decline the works. Against "Art Marketing" We firmly oppose the current trend of selling “names” rather than works. Buying a mass-produced decorative piece, with no real artist involvement, is like buying a fashion accessory: its value fades as soon as the marketing hype wanes. We prefer to rely on the intrinsic quality of time. An artist who takes the time to create, who shapes every detail and pours their soul into their work, is the one who leaves a lasting mark. While we cannot predict the future, we deeply believe that these authentic works are the only investments that, over time, gain depth, emotion, and value, where solely promotional products fade. Why choose a work from ARTIS Art Gallery? By choosing a work with us, you are not merely acquiring an art object. You support: 1. Emerging talent: You enable talented artists to earn a living from their art without compromising their integrity. 2. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created. A true guarantee of acquiring a piece created by the artist themselves, not a crude outsourcing, just because the artist is already known in the art world. 3. Long-term investment: You invest in artistic reality rather than marketing illusion. 4. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was realized. A genuine guarantee of owning a piece produced by the artist themselves, not crude subcontracting, is the bridge between those who seek truth in art and those who create it with passion, patience, and talent. Enter a collection where every work tells a real story. Yours begins here with the acquisition, now, of this work selected by ARTIS Art Gallery. Artist biography: Nguyen Robert, born 1958. Born in 1958 in Bến Tre, an authentic village nestled in the heart of the Mekong Delta, Nguyen Robert is a Franco-Vietnamese artist whose work stands out for a singular fusion of Asian traditions and Western artistic influences. From a young age, he has been fascinated by the rural architecture of his environment, the lines of traditional houses, the volumes of floating markets, the shadows cast by water palms—elements that would form the basis of his visual language. Having always been based in his native region, Nguyen Robert over decades developed a deeply contemporary, modern, and decidedly architectural style. His paintings explore structures, lines, urban rhythms, and geometric abstraction, while preserving a poetic sensibility inherent to Vietnamese culture. His Franco-Vietnamese heritage enriches his approach: he borrows from the West the rigor of modern compositions and the boldness of contrasts, while his Vietnamese soul injects softness, spirituality, and fluidity into his works. The result is a pictorial world where modernity meets the timeless, where geometry dialogues with light, creating paintings of great visual power. Renowned for his ability to transform everyday life into abstract landscapes, Nguyen Robert is now considered one of the distinctive voices in the Delta Mekong’s contemporary painting. He continues his work in his Bến Tre studio, surrounded by the landscapes that shaped his identity, and he continues to exhibit in several galleries in Asia and Europe, captivating collectors and art enthusiasts seeking deeply modern, structured, and vibrant works.
