ARTIS Art Gallery: The renewal of artistic authenticity In a world where art has too often become a mass-market product, where names supersede talent and where industrial production replaces the human hand, ARTIS Art Gallery commits to selling only works that meet absolute standards of excellence. Our mission is simple yet radical: to restore the nobility of authentic creation. Our commitment: true art, with courageous and, above all, hardworking artists. We travel across Asia in search of genuine talents, artists whose work is not merely a commercial strategy. For us, a work of art is not a standardized commodity. At ARTIS Art Gallery, every piece we offer meets strict criteria: 100% Handcrafted: Each work results from meticulous artisanal craftsmanship, where the artist’s hand is the sole engine of creation. Uniqueness guaranteed: We reject industrial reproduction, outsourcing, and factory production systems. What you acquire is a unique artwork, designed and created by the artist themselves. The signature as commitment: each work is personally signed by its creator. This signature is not a formality; it is the seal of authenticity and the guarantee that the artist fully embraces their work from the first sketch to the finish. We reject signatures on the plate (printed signature); only hand-signed signatures are accepted; otherwise we refuse the works. Against the "Art Marketing" We firmly oppose the current trend of selling “names” rather than works. Buying a “decorative” piece produced in series, with no real intervention by the artist, is like purchasing a fashion accessory: its value fades as soon as marketing wanes. We prefer to rely on the intrinsic quality of the art itself. An artist who takes time to create, who shapes every detail and pours their soul into their work, is the one who will leave a lasting imprint. While we cannot predict the future, we deeply believe that authentic works are the only investments that, over time, gain depth, emotion, and value, where purely promotional products fade away. Why choose a work from ARTIS Art Gallery? By choosing a work with us, you are not merely acquiring an object of Art. You support: 1. Emerging talent: You enable talented artists to earn a living from their art without compromising their integrity. 2. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created. A true guarantee of acquiring a work created by the artist themselves and not a vulgar subcontracting under the pretext that the artist is already known in the art world. 3. Lasting investment: You invest in an artistic reality rather than a marketing illusion. 4. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created. A real guarantee of obtaining a work made by the artist themselves, and not a mere subcontracting, is the common thread between those who seek truth in art and those who create it with passion, patience, and talent. Enter a collection where every work tells a real story. Yours begins here with the acquisition, now, of this work selected by ARTIS Art Gallery. Contact us: artisartgallery.assistant@gmail.com Biography of the painter Nguyễn Việt Lâm (Vietnamese painter – Oil painter) Nguyễn Việt Lâm (born 1993) Harmony between Pop Art and Abstract Expressionism Nguyễn Việt Lâm is an up-and-coming figure on the Vietnamese contemporary art scene. Belonging to the 1990s generation, he embodies a new creative impulse that fuses classical technical heritage with a modern, urban sensibility. Education and Training Born in Vietnam, Lâm developed a rigorous mastery of oil painting at a very young age. Trained in an environment where technical discipline is paramount, he has learned to detach from it to explore a more instinctive path. His birth year, 1993, places him at the crossroads of Vietnam’s cultural opening, influencing his taste for globally iconic figures reinterpreted through a local, personal lens. Style and Artistic Vision Nguyễn Việt Lâm’s work is characterized by an expressive and textured approach to oil painting. His works are not mere portraits; they are explorations of matter. • Knife and Impasto Technique: Lâm uses thick layers of paint (impasto), creating a nearly sculptural relief on the canvas. Each brushstroke or knife stroke injects raw energy and a sense of movement. • Color Palette: He favors vibrant, contrasting colors. Deep blues, bright reds, and solar yellows are often present, sometimes accented with gold touches reminiscent of traditional Asian art influence in a modern context. • Favorite Subjects: The artist is particularly known for his Mickey Mouse series. By deconstructing this universal figure of entertainment, he transforms it into a subject for artistic reflection, blending childhood nostalgia with adult emotional complexity. Emotion through Matter Unlike traditional, smooth, industrial Pop Art, Lâm’s style is decidedly human and imperfect. His backgrounds are worked as abstract landscapes where colors layer, flow, and clash, revealing the artist’s physical trace. “For me, painting is a dialogue between the structure of the icon and the chaos of emotion.” Recognition Today, Nguyễn Việt Lâm’s works are prized by collectors seeking a fusion of sophisticated Street Art and classical oil painting. His “Pop-Expressionist” style brings bold modernity to contemporary interiors while preserving the nobility of the traditional medium. Key information: • Nationality: Vietnamese • Specialty: Oil painting on canvas • Movement: Contemporary Pop Art / Abstract Expressionism • Themes: Pop icons, geometric abstraction, urban energy.
