Nightstand - • Art Deco bedside table in solid oak and marble — France

Elegant Art Deco bedside table (or occasional piece) from the period (circa 1930), French-made. Designed in high-quality solid oak, it stands out with a façade rhythmized by two doors featuring geometric motifs and deeply carved vertical flutes in the mass, typical of the modernist decorative repertoire of the era. The piece is topped by a removable marble slab with original veining in grey and brown tones, framed by a wooden backsplash nicely serpentine-edged. It rests on a solid base with stylized cutouts. The original brass door fittings and handles harmoniously complete the overall look. Dimensions : • Height : 65 cm • Width : 45 cm • Depth : 30 cm Condition : In generally good overall condition. The piece is structurally sound and stable. It shows some natural signs of wear and light surface scratches on the wood and marble due to age, but nothing major that would affect its aesthetics or solidity. Very nice original patina. (see photos) Carefully packaged and protected during shipping
