Most freshwater pearls are nucleated by tissue, but Edison cultured pearls are nucleated with beads, exactly as saltwater pearls This necklace contains Edison Pearls which were chosen for their bright luster that can be compared with that of high-end saltwater pearls, and for their vibrant grey colours. The pearls measure 7x7.5mm in diameter. Knotted between each pearl for safety, the necklace is completed with an elegant ball clasp in solid silver. The clasp is safe and easy to open and close.
