Brand new with wooden and leather box, official documents and 2-year warranty. Saphirus Miraggio stems from a simple and extremely difficult idea to realize: to build the entire case in sapphire. Not sapphire glass applied to a metal case, but a case, back and glass carved from the same lab-grown crystal, worked by subtraction. The result is a watch you look through: 48 mm of transparent volume in which the mechanics are not hidden, they are the very structure of the piece. The dial is a hand-painted work, a pairing of vertical color bands traced by hand, irregular and vibrant like a contemporary art canvas. In daylight it reveals its full color range; in the dark the bands light up thanks to luminous pigments, suspended in the transparency of the case. No other piece has exactly this combination: it is unique. Inside beats a Swiss automatic movement in skeletonized version, visible from every side through the sapphire.
