Italian Nova station necklace in 18 karat yellow gold, featuring fourteen bezel-set pear-cut rubies spaced along a fine cable link chain, with a total carat weight of 55.63. The necklace is secured with a lobster claw clasp. One oval link is stamped with an impressed mark reading 18Kt with ITALY and NOVA on the reverse. The lobster clasp is stamped 750.
