History The Omega Seamaster line has long been a pillar of the brand catalog, adapting to the defining design languages of each decade. By the early 1980s, integrated bracelets and TV-shaped cases were prominent aesthetic choices, reflecting a shift toward bold, geometric profiles. The caliber 1020 provided a reliable automatic day-date function, making this configuration a very capable daily wearer for the era.
