OMG - Coffee maker - Mignon 1 cup - Aluminium - O.M.G. Mignon moka pot

Splendid and iconic piece of mid-20th-century Italian industrial design: a vintage 1-cup Mignon coffee maker, produced by the famous company O.M.G. (Officine Meccaniche Gozzano) in the 1950s. This object perfectly represents the ingenuity and aesthetics of the Italian economic boom. Entirely made of polished aluminum, it is distinguished by its original geometric structure: a solid shaped base that directly houses the cup during dispensing, a central boiler body, and the characteristic duck-bill spout. The final touch of color and style comes from the top screw knob in burgundy/red bakelite, perfectly preserved. On the base the factory marks are clearly visible incised in the metal, including the inscription "MIGNON", the patent number, and the Made in Italy designation, details that certify its authenticity and historical value. A true cult object for collectors of vintage coffee machines or for lovers of modern design and Made in Italy, ideal both for display and as a decorative element for characterful kitchens and shop windows.
