With its original ribbon and case. (In good overall condition) This example was awarded in 1928 to Maurice de La Fontaine, Baron de Fontenay (1872–1957), a cavalry officer and Paris city councillor, on the occasion of the visit by the King of Afghanistan, Amanullah Khan, to Paris City Hall.
