Oud Delft - Vase (2) - Earthenware - Ewer and Vase

Beautiful lot of two Delft earthenware pieces from the Oud Delft house, entirely hand-painted in a cobalt blue monochrome on a white background. The floral decoration is very fine, with shades of blue that give depth to the flowers. 1. Large lid-covered ewer Flattened “gourd” shape, on a socle, with a long neck, a volute handle and a pouring spout. The pointed lid is decorated. On each side, a large circular medallion bears a bouquet of peonies and flowers, surrounded by scrolls. Small relief elements on the sides. Hand-painted mark under the base: “Oud Delft – Made in Holland”, numbers 154 and 32 Height: 32 cm 2. Handle vase Ovoid shape with a small neck, with a handle. Floral reserves framed by scrolls, with blue bands at the base. Hand-painted mark under the base: “Oud Delft – Made in Holland”, number 880 VB. Height: 18 cm Era Mid-20th century, circa 1950-1970
