A Danish historicist fibula cloak brooch of 18k gold, set with serpentine black opaque enamel, portal-shaped top, upwardly curved centre and shield-shaped base with a mask, throughout cast with foliate work and buttons plus chased with wavy ornaments, reverse with pin.
