Chronometer Medical P.P.G. 1946, a particular model of medical watch (also known as a doctor's or nurses' watch). Very rare to find, it has a Pulsometer Scale: On the dial there is the inscription "Gradué pour 15 pulsations". This special scale allowed healthcare personnel to quickly measure a patient's heart rate: you simply start counting the beats when the seconds hand passes the 12 (or the 6) and, after reaching the 15th beat, read directly on the outer scale the number of pulses per minute. The mechanism is equipped with a manual-wind mechanical movement with 17 jewels. The design features a 36 mm steel case, a white dial with Arabic numerals, and a brown leather strap. Only the watch is sold, with perfect mechanical function, as it has been serviced a few days ago.
