Pair of courtly scenes with oriental figures, European School, 18th Century

Descriptio Oil on canvas. Dimensions 55 x 36 cm; 75 x 56 cm with frame. Two compositions with multiple figures in architectural settings, where characters dressed in exotic clothing interact in palatial environments; in one scene a group is organized around an elevated figure, while in the other a collective action unfolds with energetic gestures; both feature backgrounds with columns and open architecture that provide depth. Due to its age and history of use, this lot may show signs of wear and previous interventions. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no specialized technical testing has been performed. The absence of any mention of restorations does not guarantee that none exist. You may request additional information before placing a bid. This does not affect the buyer’s statutory rights.
