Pair of Ottoman Bone Archer Rings with Ring-and-Dot Decoration

Near East, Ottoman Empire. A pair of carved bone rings in the form of archer style rings. Each has a thick band with a profile that rises to a taller face at the front and narrows toward the back. The front of each ring is incised with ring-and-dot motifs, two on one and three on the other, each formed by a drilled center within a circular groove.
