The gold elements —clip, rings, and adornments— are in very good condition, with uniform shine and no significant loss of plating, which reinforces its visual appeal. The 18K solid gold nib is in excellent condition, with no deformations or abnormal wear, maintaining proper alignment and smooth writing. The feed is clean and in optimal working condition. The filling system has been inspected and tested, functioning correctly, guaranteeing a reliable writing experience from the first use. Overall, this is a very well-preserved piece, fully functional and ready for use or collection, with light wear consistent with its age. Conservation recommendations It is recommended to use high-quality inks specific for fountain pens and to avoid pigmented inks. If not used for an extended period, clean with warm water, dry completely before storing, and keep in a dry place away from direct light and extreme temperatures. Always operate the filling system gently to preserve its mechanism in the long term. It will be sent in a courtesy box for proper preservation. Happy bidding!
