The wet moor path with its puddles and fresh greenery immediately appealed to me. The trees at the edge show the colors typical of the cold season and the vastness of the landscape is emphasized by the small figure in the distance. In my series “Grateful and Happy in the Moor ” this work represents a quiet moment in which I wanted to capture the special atmosphere of the moor—open wide and at the same time marked by the traces of the weather and the season.
