Quality: The gemstones may be synthetic. Gemstones are often treated to enhance color or clarity. This specific item has not been tested for this. This jewelry piece has been examined by our expert for gold content and found genuine. Wear and usage traces correspond to age and use. For your own impression, see the photos. Rose-cut diamonds may be mounted on foil to create extra sparkle, identifiable by a closed underside of the setting. They should not come into contact with water, as moisture can get under the stone and the foil can discolor, making the diamond look darker.
