Interesting Perseo Automatic 200 M vintage, characterized by a decidedly unusual configuration that combines diver aesthetics with an internal pulsometric scale “Base 30 Pulsations.” The steel case measures 36 × 46 mm, an important size for the era, with robust lugs and a black unidirectional rotating bezel graduated. The silver dial features applied indices, date at 3 o'clock with magnifying lens and a particular color combination of the hands, with yellow, black, and red elements. The peripheral blue scale allows reading the pulsations based on 30 beats and is one of the most distinctive visual and collectible elements of the watch. The dial also bears the marking “200 M.”, indicative of the model’s original sporty vocation. The movement is a Swiss automatic AS 2063, identifiable by the rotor mark, with 21 jewels. The presence of a Schild movement is consistent with the construction of many Swiss automatics of the era and adds technical interest to the piece. The watch preserves a marked vintage aesthetic: dial with patina, small marks and superficial alterations, indices and luminescent material aged, as well as normal scratches and signs of use on the case. Bezel with visible wear. Convex crystal with superficial marks. It is mounted on an extendable steel bracelet with a Perseo signed clasp; the full originality of the bracelet relative to the watch should be verified. The service history is not documented. The label “200 M.” represents the historical specification reported on the dial: the current water resistance has not been tested and is not guaranteed.
