True vintage from the 1980s The sunglasses for sale are authentic Persol vintage (New Old Stock), coming from vintage stock. Since these are vintage items, the frames – both in acetate and in metal – may have undergone changes or deformities over time due to natural aging of the materials. Acetate, in particular, is a “live” material that can change over the years, even without use.
