Obverse: Representative of a 1766 Barilla obverse, seal of the Central Bank above, legend above "BANCO CENTRAL DE FILIPINAS"; Reverse: Representative of a 1766 Barilla reverse, four line inscription below "PRIMERA EXPOSICION / NUMISMATICA DE FILIPINAS / EN ESPANA / 1979". Tied for the finest certified with one other example on either the NGC or PCGS population reports. Bright and flashy, this Superb Gem example exhibits hard flashy surfaces with frosty devices.
