Obverse: Seal of the Government of the Philippine Islands in center, legend around circumference; Reverse: "TO / (space for engraving name of recipient) / FOR MERIT / WORLD'S FAIR / ST. LOUIS / U.S.A.", with legend around circumference. Loop at top. Bright and lustrous, this wholesome looking piece boasts smooth matte surfaces with boldly struck devices and intact gilding.
