Philips - FC930 Dolby B/C NR and HX Pro Cassette recorder-player

The player powers on correctly but since I no longer have a K7 to test it… it worked properly on the last use. With time there may be a belt to replace. The Philips FC 930 is the auto-reverse double cassette deck of the 900 series, marketed between 1992 and 1994. It was designed to provide fully automated and digital management of analog cassettes within the system. Key technical features • Double Auto-Reverse chip: Both compartments (Deck A and Deck B) feature Auto-Reverse function driven by 4 DC servo motors (2 per deck). It can read or record both sides of a cassette without you having to flip it manually. • Full noise reduction: It includes Dolby B and C filters, as well as Dolby HX-Pro dynamic range extension, which improves high-frequency clarity during recording. • Tape compatibility: It detects and automatically handles the three common cassette types on the market: Ferro (Type I), Chrome (Type II), and Metal (Type IV). • Smart convenience features: • CD-Synchro Recording: Connected to a Philips CD player via the ESI system bus, the deck starts recording automatically and synchronously as soon as the CD begins playback. • Blank Search / Music Search: Allows the deck to automatically skip blanks or search for the beginning of a track on the tape. • Normal or fast dubbing: For copying a cassette from Deck A to Deck B. Photos are an integral part of the description. The package will be carefully packed and the equipment well protected
