A very attractive early German pressing of Pink Floyd's Ummagumma, issued on Harvest under catalogue numbers 1C 188-04 223 / 1C 188-04 224. Originally released in 1969, Ummagumma is one of the most distinctive albums in the Pink Floyd catalogue, combining a live LP with an experimental studio LP in which each band member contributed individual compositions. The live record includes powerful performances of Astronomy Domine, Careful With That Axe, Eugene, Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun and A Saucerful of Secrets, capturing the band at the height of their late-1960s psychedelic period. This early German Harvest pressing represents an important variant in the album's release history, combining the classic gatefold presentation with an exceptionally clean pair of records. ⸻ Sleeve (VG+): The original gatefold sleeve remains structurally solid and presents very nicely. There is some light age-related handling, visible edge and corner wear, but no major structural damage. The artwork remains clean and attractive, with good overall presentation → VG+ Inner Sleeve: Original inner sleeve included. Vinyl (EX / EX): Both records are in excellent condition. The vinyl retains a beautiful deep gloss and presents very cleanly across all four sides, with only minimal signs of careful previous use. There are no significant scratches or distracting surface marks. Overall a genuinely strong EX pair of records → EX ⸻ Details * Early German Harvest pressing * 2 × LP * Gatefold sleeve * Made in Germany * Original inner sleeve included * Catalogue: 1C 188-04 223 / 1C 188-04 224
