Plant table - Oak

Decorative wooden pedestal / plant stand – probably first half of the 20th century A characterful, tall wooden pedestal with a slender, gracefully expanding construction and decorative openwork woodcarving under the top surface. The pedestal is made of warm brown wood with a beautiful natural grain and a lived-in look. The top surface has a lightly profiled edge. The elegantly shaped joints under the top and the slender, tapering legs give the piece a particularly decorative character. The horizontal support pieces provide extra stability and emphasize the traditional design. The design has a craftsperson-like, slightly rustic appearance and fits both a classic and an eclectic or vintage interior. This versatile pedestal is suitable for displaying a special vase, ceramic object, sculpture, or other decorative collectible. Also as a solitary piece of furniture it forms a cozy focal point in a hall, living room, or conservatory. The pedestal has a distinctive appearance that suits the charm of vintage and older interior pieces. The shown vase is purely decorative and is not included. Please inspect the photos carefully for a good impression of the workmanship and the condition of the object. The table will be carefully packed and insured for shipping with tracking and traceability! No. 4228
