Plate - Porcelain

A fine Chinese famille-rose enamelled celadon-glazed plate, decorated with two dragons and two phoenixes. The plate is elegantly decorated with two green dragons and two colourful phoenixes, surrounded by stylised clouds and flame motifs. The dragons are depicted with finely detailed scales and expressive features, while the phoenixes display graceful forms and delicately painted feathers in shades of green, pink, purple, yellow and blue. The decoration is set against a soft celadon-green glaze of remarkable smoothness and lustre, giving the surface a luminous, jade-like appearance. The harmonious combination of the vibrant famille-rose enamels and the subtle celadon background creates an elegant and refined visual effect. The reverse is covered in a matching celadon glaze, with a blue square seal mark on the base. **Condition:** Overall in good decorative condition, with a small area of loss to the glaze on the reverse, as shown in the photographs. Please examine the images carefully as they form an integral part of the description. The item will be professionally packed with protective materials and shipped safely via a reliable and efficient courier service.
