Ø51mm, ca. 104.5g, 14K gold, solid, magnificent relief case featuring a Renaissance motif on both sides depicting a winged lion, Glashütte precision lever movement, grade 1A, with gold lever, gold escape wheel, screw-mounted gold chatons; case and movement share the same number 10393; immaculate enamel dial; original steel hands; case, movement and dial signed; in excellent condition, including original box and original certificate; Glashütte, circa 1890. Glashütte watches with these special cases are rarities. A comparable Assmann achieved over €12,000 in one of our previous auctions.
