Porcelaine de Paris - Vase (2) - Porcelain - Old Paris Flower Vases

Magnificent pair of porcelain vases from "Viejo París", "Vieux Paris" or "Old Paris" dating from the 19th century. They are often referred to as wedding jars, vases, or altar bouquets. Each piece is hand-painted featuring a front-facing fan shape with scalloped edges and decorated with beautiful, colorful flower bouquets and abundant gold detailing. They have side handles and leaf-shaped reliefs for added distinction. Both bear marks on the base in the porcelain itself, typical of the production era. They reflect a Rococo or Elizabethan style that showcases the elegance and luxury of bygone eras. Ideal for collectors and antique lovers, ready to be the centerpiece of any space. Measurements: 26 cm total height, 23 cm wide, and 12.5 cm depth at the mouth of the vases; and 12 cm in diameter at the base. One plus point is that they are in perfect condition, with no cracks or restorations. Only some wear to the gilding that does not detract from their beauty. Overall, they are in excellent condition. Both the description and the photos show the features and condition of the product. Read and observe carefully. If you have any questions or need more information, you can contact us.
