A 2-bottle lot of Porfidio The Juniper Tree, a one-off experimental virgin-cask-aged gin. Fractionally distilled in Mexico and Germany, this unusual gin combines Porfidio’s agave-spirit background with a desert-flower botanical profile and cask ageing. Taste & botanicals: Made with desert-inspired botanicals including agave, prickly pear cactus, pitaya cactus blossom and juniper, then aged in virgin Castanea Sativa chestnut wood casks. Rich and aromatic, with floral desert notes, agave sweetness, juniper, soft spice and cask-aged depth. 47% vol. | 2 x 500 ml | Mexico / Germany
