Porzellanmanufaktur Karl Klette - Figurine - Couple at tea - Porcelain

Vintage German Dresden Lace Porcelain Group - Gallant Couple at Tea - Rococo Style An exquisite vintage German porcelain figurine crafted in the prestigious Dresden lace tradition. This detailed group captures a romantic Rococo scene of a gallant couple enjoying afternoon tea. The lady is dressed in a magnificent, voluminous pink gown entirely adorned with fine porcelain-dipped lace ruffles, holding a delicate teacup. Opposite her sits a gentleman in an elegant burgundy court jacket and black breeches, gesturing gracefully with his cup. They are seated at a stylized Rococo table adorned with a golden tea service. The piece showcased exceptional craftsmanship, utilizing the authentic Dresden technique where real textiles are saturated in liquid porcelain before firing, leaving a delicate porcelain mesh after the fabric burns away. Beautifully hand-painted with fine facial features and highlighted with polished gold accents on the base and table.A superb collector's item and a classic addition to any display of fine European porcelain.
