Postcard (600) - 1930-1965

Splendid and imposing lot consisting of about 600 vintage postcards, all strictly black and white. The material is ideal for collectors, lovers of postal history, junk dealers, or creatives for scrapbooking and collage projects. Condition: Most of the postcards have been circulated, enriched by splendid vintage stamps, historic postmarks, and handwritten messages on the back that recount stories of lived life. They show the usual signs of age and postal circulation. Estimated historical period: Based on the type of paper, printing, and visible stamps, the lot mainly dates from the 1930s and much of the post‑war period (the 1950s). Subjects depicted: Panoramic views of mountains, lakes, waterfalls, Italian seaside towns, historic and artistic monuments (such as Milan, Rome, Florence), picturesque views, ocean liners and historic trains.

Estimate:£8.45
