ot a mere fountain pen, but a rarity from Italy's golden age. Produced by Aurora from the late 1930s to the eve of the Second World War, the vintage Optima in transparent celluloid with a diamond-shaped geometric pattern represents the pinnacle of celluloid workmanship by the Turin company. The finishes are gold-plated. The nib is 14kt gold. The filling mechanism is syringe. Large size when closed: 13.2 cm. Here is presented an example which, considering the era, presents itself in rare good condition, maintaining all the transparency and beauty of the geometric lines. The nib "Aurora" known for its high writing quality guarantees a smooth and constant writing. The syringe filling, recently serviced, is functioning well. The pen will be shipped with the original Aurora box and with the era's warranty sheet. The pen is in good condition, with slight signs of use. Tracked and insured shipping with UPS.
