Red King Crab Taxidermy full body mount - Paralithodes...

Rare and fully mounted Red King Crab Paralithodes camtschatica Origin: Bering Sea Dimensions: W 100 cm. L 60 cm. H 18 cm. The crab has been fully cleaned, stripped of flesh and organs, and subsequently professionally mounted. This is therefore not a preserved and dried specimen in which all soft parts are still present, but a durable and odorless taxidermic object. The crab is supplied including a display stand. Details: The red king crab is a cold-water crustacean belonging to the arthropods, found in the Bering Sea, in the northern part of the Pacific Ocean, around the Kamchatka Peninsula and the nearby waters of Alaska. With a leg span that can reach up to 2 meters, king crabs are among the largest crab species. They are also one of the most popular crab species for consumption. And in part because of this, known from the Discovery Channel's popular program: 'Deadliest Catch'.
