Elegant dessert bowls set produced by the historic Italian Ceramics Society of Laveno, one of the most prestigious Italian manufactories of porcelain and ceramics of the 20th century, which merged in the 1960s into the Richard Ginori group. The set consists of six dessert bowls measuring 4 x 15 cm. The decoration, executed in cobalt blue on a white background, is organized according to an ornamental scheme of traditional taste: the central cavetto is enriched by a circular medallion with stylized floral and botanical motifs, enclosed by a thin ornamental frame. Along the inner part of the rim, a rich continuous band of plant-form motifs, volutes, leaves and small floral elements develops, creating a pleasant contrast with the broad white surface of the cavetto. Perfect for serving desserts, cakes, cookies and pastries during receptions, afternoon tea, or special occasions, this service also represents a refined decorative accessory for a sideboard or a display cabinet. In overall excellent condition.
